Beck Gli album di Beck, St. Vincent e The War On Drugs sono i migliori del 2014 per Mojo, NME e Q 26/11/2014 di Francesco Donadio

Stanno iniziando a fioccare le consuete poll di fine anno da parte dei vari magazine britannici (autorevoli e meno che siano), e per il momento il giudizio non è univoco, ma si possono individuare delle linee di tendenza.

Per il settimanale inglese NME il miglior album del 2014 è 'St. Vincent', l'eponimo quarto album dell'artista newyorkese registrata all'anagrafe come Annie Clark.

Sono emerse anche le Top 50 complete dei mensili Mojo e Q. Il primo ha incoronato, un po' a sorpresa, l'ultimo album di Beck 'Morning Phase' (che Q dà al n.5 mentre è totalmente assente dalla lista di Mojo); più prevedibile invece il vincitore di Q, 'Lost In The Dream' dei War On Drugs che per Mojo è al n.2 e per l'NME al n.3, e in generale è destinato a trionfare su diverse altre poll. 'St. Vincent', invece, è al n.5 per Mojo e al n.6 per Q.
